Meh 🙁 Are you experiencing issues with our O2 Washing Powder? It is crystalizing?
I wanted to let you know, we are on it!
Our washing powder contains all natural ingredients and up until a few weeks ago, we were unable to source a natural anti-caking agent. So when the washing powder comes into contact with (especially) cold water, the washing powder crystalizes.
The O2 washing powder is our best selling product, and while we like that it does no harm to people or the planet, it’s primary function is to work!
The great news is, we have cracked it and found an ingredient which works as a natural anti-caking agent. The new formula is just coming out of its trial phase and I am happy to report it has passed with flying colours. Including sending it to Swellendam where the water is harder and colder and it is dissolving completely.
The new formulated O2 Washing Powder will be ready within the next 3 weeks. If you are experiencing hassles, please let me know and I will replace the bag as soon as the new formula arrives.
In the meantime, what works is dissolving 50mls of the washing powder in some warm water and then adding it to the drawer of the machine (front loader) or pouring it directly into the tub (front loader).
